Our Event Management Services Include
Planning and Budget
We recommend every event start with a proper business plan with detailed budget before you start anything. You must have proper reporting so that you can analyze for the next event. If you don’t have a plan we can help you create one. If you do have a plan and you need someone to implement it give us a call. We look forward to working with/for you.
We have budgeted events as little as $5,000 and as large as $500,000. We offer consultation in creating budgets or reviewing and analyzing current event budgets. Though a budget is just an estimate, it needs to be very close to accurate so that event risk takers or sponsors know what things will actually cost. The only unknowns should be the Weather, and that is insurable.
Promotions
We have experience working with $1,000 to +$100,000 promotional budgets. All media’s should be considered when drafting your promotion plan. Earned Medias are equally important as paid medias. Our Sacramento market press release list is updated at least twice a year since 2003.
Our first year promoting we had 114 fax numbers, now we have over 200 critical email addresses and phone numbers. Our list is not for sale but it is available for your event if we are your earned media promoter. We are confident in our promotional skills and prove how good we are by how many people show up to our events.
Sales
Vendors and Sponsors are an important part of many events. We can help consult, create or manage your events sales opportunities.
Coordination
We offer logistics coordination for large events, festivals and concerts. Such as; vendor coordination, gate control and ticketing, vendor auditing, entertainment or stage managing, concession management, VIP, venue acquisition, ABC compliance, health department compliance, contests and competitions.
